Woke Wars: Newsom may have funded a bronze bust of himself

Other mayors have been honored with busts in the city hall of San Francisco. The bust of Newsom was bankrolled by “behested payments” from private donors made on his behalf.

Those sorts of payments are broadly considered to be corrupt, since they often translate to some sort of kickback or benefit to the person who made the donation in the first place. File Image.

California Democratic Governor Gavin Newsom has a deep desire for political power.

As recently seen during his podcast interview with Charlie Kirk, Newsom has no problem pivoting in alignment with where the political winds happen to be blowing at any moment.

During that conversation, we saw him suddenly turn away from men in female sports leagues, admit that we need stronger border enforcement, and otherwise countersignal leftist priorities.

But one decision he made shows what truly motivates Newsom in his hunt for power.

Gavin thinks he is God.

Newsom allegedly funded the creation of a bronze bust of his own likeness to commemorate his time as the mayor of San Francisco using money which he controlled, according to a new book that chronicles how the Democrats undermined the American dream in the state of California.
