Justice Department attorneys have indicted Joseph Neumeyer, a dual American and German citizen, for allegedly attempting to attack the United States Embassy in Tel Aviv, Israel.
Neumeyer was deported to the Eastern District of New York and appeared in court. Attorney General Pam Bondi, alongside U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Joseph Nocella and FBI Assistant Director Steven Jensen, announced the charges earlier this week.
