The infamously progressive Episcopal Church has terminated its partnership with the federal government on immigrant resettlement matters, a decision which comes after being asked to help resettle white Afrikaner refugees from South Africa.

 

The group has received refugee status under a program initiated by President Donald Trump last quarter. The commander-in-chief noted that white South Africans face discrimination from the majority black government, moving him to start accepting refugees into the United States.
