Columbia revokes degrees from students who took over campus building

The elite school remarked last week that their judicial board “determined findings and issued sanctions to students ranging from multi-year suspensions, temporary degree revocations, and expulsions.”

Columbia University announced that they had revoked degrees from or expelled students who took over Hamilton Hall last year amid protests about the war between Israel and Palestine.

 

The elite school remarked last week that their judicial board “determined findings and issued sanctions to students ranging from multi-year suspensions, temporary degree revocations, and expulsions” after the occupation of Hamilton Hall from students who were in support of Gaza.
